Jane comes from a poor working class family background, with strong education values. Her grandmother instilled a sharp focus on academic success at an early age: “As a child growing up in the 90’s the adults in my family were very busy managing life’s challenges & bills, but still managed to support my academic success.”

As a Boston Public School alumni, earning her BA in Psychology and Sociology, MEd in Psychological Studies, Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, and Behavior Change Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Jane’s dream is focused on empowering Parent’s to become leaders in their student’s academic success through the creation of Family Reading Blocks.
